Outside Sales - Territory Manager

Territory Managers, be aware, this sales position is for the results driven, fitness oriented individual who can sell a new brand of innovative equipment and programming to the fitness industry. We want exceptional talent to sell our award-winning GRAVITYSystem™. 

efi Sports Medicine is a worldwide leader in products for home fitness, physical rehabilitation and for the health and fitness markets. Our edgy GRAVITY brand includes equipment, training, programming and marketing support for health clubs and other commercial facilities. 

We are looking for top producers that have a passion about fitness and would like to sell innovative fitness solutions to health clubs, training facilities, and other commercial sites. If you are an excellent prospector, closer and you sell with integrity, we would like to speak with you. 

The Outside Sales - Territory Manager is responsible for generating new leads, scheduling appointments, giving presentations and/or demonstrations and closing the sale. 

Requirements: 
  • A highly motivated, results-oriented individual 
  • Proven sales track record 
  • Builds strong relationships with existing accounts and a new client base 
  • Ability to assess clients needs and provide the best solution 
  • Has excellent communications skills and attends to detail while focusing on the big picture 
  • Presents a dynamic, engaging personality consistently regardless of audience 
  • Knowledgeable on fitness 
  • Computer savvy with experience using a customer resource/database management (CRM) system 
  • Experience with SalesLogix is a plus 
Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience with a minimum of 2 years of progressive outside sales experience. 

efi Sports Medicine offers a compensation package for this position that includes a base salary, an aggressive no-cap incentive program and a competitive benefits package.
