Look out Barry Bonds…there’s a new hitter in Fitness Town! The 2007 IHRSA International Tradeshow was held in San Francisco, California, where efi Sports Medicine showcased the GRAVITY®:: GRAND SLAM™ workout! Fitness professionals from here and abroad were blown away after experiencing the revolutionary GRAVITY®:: GRAND SLAM™!

Early on Thursday morning people lined up with excitement to partake in the GRAVITY®:: GRAND SLAM™. Sixty-four lucky early-risers had the workout of their lives! From 6:30AM to 7:30AM fitness professionals encountered a circuit-style group exercise experience incorporating all of efi’s equipment. The GRAVITYTrainers® used GTS® machines, Power Tower®, PlyoRebounder®, Cuff Links®, medicine balls and core training floor work to establish the stations that challenged all participants. This combination showcased the diverse capabilities of efi’s equipment and introduced a new way to generate intense functional workouts while maximizing both the client’s and trainer’s time. Attendees called it “ground-breaking”, “intense”, and “functional”!

GRAVITY®:: GRAND SLAM™ targets core strength, power, stability, cardio, and flexibility. It combines group fitness and personal training within a one-hour session offering freedom for the fitness professional!

This workout shined at IHRSA 2007 as the NEW innovative way to challenge clients of all levels while encouraging fitness professionals to take their business to the next level.
