ON LOCATION
On-site training provides optimal opportunity for your staff and our trainers to interact. We see first hand the scope of your business, your layout and your in-club promotional opportunities. You and your instructors come away with a plan for your GRAVITYLaunch.
The scope of your in-club training is determined by the GRAVITYProgramming you wish to offer in your club. There are four programming modules within the GRAVITYCurriculum.
1. GRAVITYGroup
®
2. GRAVITYPilates
®
3. GRAVITYPersonalTraining
®
4. GRAVITYPost-rehab
®
Choices from the first three make up your GRAVITYLaunch curriculum. After your program is running and your instructors have gained experience on the GTS unit, you can add the GRAVITYPost-rehab course training.
The Essence
Whichever programs you choose, your on-site courses include manuals that provide a wealth of information, exercise templates, cueing instructions and more.
PowerPoint
® presentations and lecture are mixed with practical application to prepare your GRAVITYInstructors™ for a successful launch into your club.
On-site training awards Continuing Education Credits through ACE, AFAA and NASM to attendees depending upon the courses you choose and the course provider. efi Sports Medicine awards a GRAVITYInstructor Certificate of Completion to each attendee who successfully completes the course requirements.
CECs are available at trade event workshops and GRAVITYSymposiums, which are by invitation only.
GRAVITYLaunch Curriculum
Two full days of training are recommended for your instructors prior to a GRAVITYLaunch. That ensures that enough technical and practical learning has occurred so that your program can mature quickly. Instructors should arrive for the course somewhat familiar with the GTS® units and having read all pre-requisite reading material supplied by efi Sports Medicine.
