WHAT IS A GRAVITY MASTER TRAINER?

A GRAVITYMasterTrainer...

  • Is first and foremost, passionate about GRAVITY
  • Has successfully completed GRAVITYInstructor™ courses specific to the discipline in which the Instructor wants to become a GRAVITYMasterTrainer.
  • Has successfully gained experience teaching GRAVITYSessions to clients and club members.
  • Has met requisite criteria for becoming an ACE, AFAA and NASM Continuing Education Provider.
  • Has attended, by invitation, an efi GRAVITYMasterTrainer Symposium specific to the disciplines in which the Instructor wishes to become a GRAVITYMasterTrainer.
  • Meets efi professional presentation standards.
  • Is qualified by efi Sports Medicine to train GRAVITYInstructors in one or more specific disciplines at efi designated venues.
  • Is qualified by efi to represent the company’s culture and standards in the field of service.
 
How to become a GRAVITYMasterTrainer

GRAVITYMasterTrainer status is awarded by invitation only from efi Sports Medicine. This happens in one of two ways:

  • An efi GRAVITYMasterTrainer recognizes your talent and recommends that efi invite you to be evaluated for the position. efi will contact you.
  • You can contact efi Sports Medicine Education Department and express your interest. Call 800-541-4900 ext. 209 or send an email to trainerinfo@efisportsmedicine.com.

  • Clarify your current employment position
  • Provide evidence of your professional certifications
  • Clarify your experience with audio-visual presentations
  • Confirm your area of interest/disciplines
 
Upon receipt of your Professional Profile questionnaire, efi Sports Medicine contacts you and continues your evaluation for a possible GRAVITYMasterTrainer position.


You will be required to:

  • Attend and successfully complete a GRAVITYEducation Instructor Certificate Course in your discipline, if you have not already done so.
  • Attend and successfully complete a five-day training event called a GRAVITYSymposium where you will learn to teach GRAVITYEduction Instructor Certificate Courses.
  • Practice and develop competence with the programming and equipment in preparation for live presentations. efi Sports Medicine will provide presentation materials (i.e. PowerPoint ).
  • Intern with a GRAVITYMasterTrainer during in-club trainings until you are able to present the full course of material.
  • Receive and respond to coaching.
  • Successfully present an entire in-club GRAVITYEducation Course with on-site evaluation by a GRAVITYEliteMasterTrainer.
  • Receive a sign-off from the efi Education Department to work independently.
  • Travel at short notice.
  • Attend an annual GRAVITYMasterTrainer Summit to enrich the team and build skills, and to receive fresh information, product and company updates, new programming information and more.
 
Upon fulfillment of the requirements and consistent demonstration of professional demeanor, efi Sports Medicine issues you a GRAVITYMasterTrainer Certificate and you can begin working as an independent contractor to deliver GRAVITYEducation Courses scheduled by efi.
