Ultimate GRAVITY Challenge Draws
Crowds at IDEA World Fitness Attendees competed for the chance to win $100 cash prizes on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Each day we challenged attendees to a 3-minute competition of pull-ups, alternating plyometric squats on Total Gym and a pushing drill using the heavy medicine balls on the new PlyoRebounder.

The PlyoRebounder now features a double ring to protect the springs from stretching when heavier loads, such as medicine balls weighing up to 20 pounds, are applied to the trampoline surface. The PlyoRebounder is easily stabilized with Olympic weights for heavy plyo-training.
