Ultimate GRAVITY Challenge Draws Crowds at IDEA World Fitness


This year we celebrated our 35 year anniversary with the Ultimate GRAVITY Challenge. 

Hundreds of attendees competed for the chance to win $100 cash prize on Thursday and Friday.

The competition consisted of 3 exercises at 1 minute each.

Pull Ups
Males Level 8, Females Level 6

Alternating Plyometric Squats
Males Level 8, Females Level 6

Over Arm Crunches
Males Level 5, Females Level 4
