Like Exercises: Super Sets
Super Sets are multiple exercises for the same muscle group
with a rest required between sets. Super Set Samples:
CHEST: one set Regular, rest, one set Incline, rest, one set
Decline, rest, one set Chest Fly, rest. Or, another example would be three sets
of Chest Press, with a rest in between each set (Note: the amount of rest
recommended is dependent on the intensity of work).
BACK: Seated Row, rest, Reverse Fly, rest.
ABS:
Pullover Crunch, rest, Cross Body Pullover Crunch, rest, Incline Crunch, rest.
QUADRICEPS: Squat, rest, Unilateral Squat, rest, Plyometric
Squat, rest.
