| Step 1: | Straddle the glideboard and push the glideboard up the rails. |
| Step 2: | Sit about 1/3 from the bottom onto the glideboard. |
| Step 3: | With one foot on the Toe Bar or Base of GTS, bring one foot up towards chest and put in foot harness. |
| Step 4: | Bring other foot towards chest while keeping the opposite leg bent and place foot in harness. |
| Step 5: | Extend both legs to prepare for exercise. |

| Step 1: | Bend both legs towards chest |
| Step 2: | With one hand grab a hold of cable and remove one foot place on Toe Bar or Base. |
| Step 3: | Remove other foot and place it on the Toe Bar or Base. |
| Step 4: | Put the harnesses/cables off to the side. |
