Bodyblade® Pro is the largest of the four sizes and weights.

Exercise with Bodyblade generates forces that challenge the entire musculo-skeletal system, in fact hundreds of muscles at once. It improves proprioception and enhances spatial awareness for both athletes and patients. The blade can be dynamically moved through space while it oscillates, allowing therapists and trainers to use it as a tool toward improved coordination and timing. It is a rapid-contraction, non-gravity-dependent inertial exercise system.
