This accessory works with older Total Gym models.

Cyclo Trainer works as a normal recumbent bike when used with the glideboard resting at the bottom of the rails. When the glideboard is dynamic or open—floating away from the bottom rails—Cyclo Trainer™ creates a NEW type of workout called cyclocentric®. Cyclocentric® training allows you to work without rest between the Concentric and Eccentric phase of the cycling movement. This improves workout efficiency and reduces the time necessary to achieve cardiovascular results. The only place you can get the benefits of cyclocentric® training is on Total Gym® or GTS® with the Cyclo Trainer.
