Telescoping Squat Stand Assembly facilitates Squats, Bridges, Calf Raises and plyometric exercises. Pilates exercises can be performed when the Telescoping Toe Bar is mounted on Folding Platform.

Special Notes: Folding Platform can be purchased separately. Folding Platform is required for use of Total Gym 14000 with Pilates Accessory Package.
