Folding Instructions - GTS


TO UNFOLD:
  1. Grab cross bars on rail.
  2. Remove safety pin and remove cables from hinge area.
  3. Pull and hold out Plyo-Support knob.
  4. Lift rail base off tower base and slide away from tower.
  5. Release knob.
  6. Grab rail.
  7. Lift rail all the way up until in proper position.
  8. Screw in Plyo-Support knob.
  9. Set lat bars and squat stand up for use.
TO FOLD:
  1. Move pulleys to position #4 on the lat bars.
  2. Attach arm pulley cable to glide board.
  3. Lower lat bars to folding platform
  4. Remove or fold telescoping squat stand.
  5. Set rails to lowest level, also known as, folding position.
  6. Ensure that your left hand remains on tower.
  7. Unscrew and pull out Plyo-Support knob.
  8. Grasp padded rail cross bar and pull toward tower.
  9. Secure unit with safety pin.
