TO UNFOLD:
- Grab cross bars on rail.
- Remove safety pin and remove cables from hinge area.
- Pull and hold out Plyo-Support knob.
- Lift rail base off tower base and slide away from tower.
- Release knob.
- Grab rail.
- Lift rail all the way up until in proper position.
- Screw in Plyo-Support knob.
- Set lat bars and squat stand up for use.
TO FOLD:
- Move pulleys to position #4 on the lat bars.
- Attach arm pulley cable to glide board.
- Lower lat bars to folding platform
- Remove or fold telescoping squat stand.
- Set rails to lowest level, also known as, folding position.
- Ensure that your left hand remains on tower.
- Unscrew and pull out Plyo-Support knob.
- Grasp padded rail cross bar and pull toward tower.
- Secure unit with safety pin.
