As a courtesy to our customers, efi Sports Medicine provides a convenient, safe and secure extended payment option for customers who spend over $800.00. Payment options will appear during checkout.

Your first payment will be billed directly to your credit card through efi Sports Medicine, and will include all applicable tax, shipping charges and the entire multiple payment processing fee. 

Multiple Payment Processing Fees:
  • Three-pay option is $54
  • Six-pay option is $77
  • Nine-pay option is $100
  • Twelve-pay option is $120
Each of the remaining payments will be billed to the same credit card through our trusted provider of billing services, Monterey Financial Services, Inc.
