Total Gym (formerly efi Sports Medicine) is authorized to charge your credit card at the time of purchase. Total Gym agrees to ship your product within 30 days of the purchase date if payment is made in full. If Total Gym cannot ship within the specified time frames Total Gym will notify you, the customer, and you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund or consent to an additional 30 days delay. If you receive this notification and we do not hear from you, your order will automatically be cancelled and a refund issued.
