Returns and Refunds

Merchandise may be returned to Total Gym (formerly efi Sports Medicine) within 30 days of receipt date for a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping charges.

Please contact our customer service representatives at 800.541.4900 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Any returns that do not meet Total Gym's refund elegibility requirements, including not obtaining an RMA number before the 30 day grace period ends, returning merchandise without an RMA number, packaging that causes damage to the product during transit, etc., may receive a refund less shipping fees and/or a 25% restocking fee.

Clothing can only be returned if the original tag has not been removed or if the clothing is defective.
